MADIS Satellite Wind Provider Names

'ALL-GOES-O'    Both GOES satellites, operational winds
'ALL-GOES-X'    Both GOES satellites, experimental winds
'GOES-11-O'     GOES-11, operational winds
'GOES-11-X'     GOES-11, experimental winds
'GOES-12-O'     GOES-12, operational winds
'GOES-12-X'     GOES-12, experimental winds

As this is being written (June 2006), GOES-11 is the West satellite 
and GOES-12 is the East satellite.  When new GOES satellites are launched 
and replace GOES-11 and -12, you don't need to get new MADIS software -- 
just put the number of the desired satellite in your provider selection.  

When getting data use the GOES satellite number that was active for
West or East at the time of interest:
